Education and training are vital to the success of our EMS system.  The items on this page are designed to bring you the latest information on educational opportunities and resources available.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Region II EMS has completed a comprehensive review of available resources and training centers in New Mexico, specifically southwestern New Mexico, and identified a need for another mechanism for providers in the area to get ACLS training.  As a result of this review, and the status of the current training network, Region II is proud to announce that we are now an official ACLS Training Site affiliated with ENMU-Roswell.  Over the next few weeks we will develop a training schedule and begin to make courses available in the area.

Our continuing education page is a list of CE opportunities around our area that are open to all EMS providers.  This page also includes information on the initial licensure courses and refresher courses available.
