Our current prices for American Heart Association courses are shown below, along with a course description. Course DescriptionsAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - $145.00: This course is designed for advanced level EMTs (Intermediate and Paramedic), physicians, nurses and respiratory therapists. The course content covers the Advanced Level Treatment of patients with suspected cardiac conditions and includes the current recommendations for pharmaceutical, electrical and other procedural interventions.BLS for Healthcare Providers (HCP) - $50.00: this course is designed to certify those individuals currently serving in the health profession or those planning to enter the health profession. Example: Certified Nursing Assistants, Nurses, Nursing/Radiology students, and all other health professions. The course encompasses pediatric, child, and adult CPR with AED training.HCP Refresher - $40.00: if your current card has a red stripe on the left side and a blue stripe across the top of the card, and you wish to retain certification at the BLS HCP program, you may register for the full HCP course or this refresher. The cost for students who already have a current textbook for the course is $30.00Heartsaver 1st Aid & CPR - $50.00: this course is an adult CPR course with a general first aid component. Course is open to general public and certifies performance in CPR and First Aid.Heartsaver CPR Adult/Pediatrics - $50.00: this course is designed to certify individuals in the performance of CPR. Region II offers Adult CPR, Pediatric CPR, and combined Adult/Pediatric CPR courses. The offerings vary each month. If you need a specific program that is not on the current schedule please contact Tim Zagorski.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - $145.00: This course is designed for advanced level EMTs (Intermediate and Paramedic), physicians, nurses and respiratory therapists. The course covers advanced medical assessment and interventions used to treat pediatric victims of respiratory and /or cardiovascular emergencies and stroke.
